Professionally applied ceramic coatings for exhaust manifolds, pipes and turbo chargers. Now in new colour options.
B and B Precision offer a range of industrial coating options, but we also offer ceramic exhaust coating. Ceramic Coating is fantastic as a heat insulator and will reduce the surface temperature within the exhaust by up to a third. This in turn will mean cooler intake temperatures and more power. This technique has been adapted by many motorsport competitors and is commonly used on any part that will experience high temperatures.
New Colour Options
These coating options are not painted on. The colours come from the ceramic metal powder mix which is then spray coated onto the exhaust. Colours may vary slightly but here are examples of previously coating parts. View price structure here.
Why choose professionally applied Ceramic Coatings?
- Cools Your Exhaust
By reducing surface temperature, you get cooler intake temperatures and more power. Meaning increased performance. This technique has been adapted by many motorsport competitors and is commonly used on any part that will experience high temperatures.
- Flake Free Process
We take ceramic materials in powder form and heat them up and fire them out at extreme velocities. This impacts the metal of the exhaust and forms an incredibly strong bond with a low porosity. This will make your part more wear and corrosion resistance and should never flake off.
- Professional Application
Although there are some DIY solutions, a quick read on amazon will show you what to expect! B&B are ISO certified engineers and will apply our coating in a climate controlled booth using a KUKA robotic arm. The coating is applied and then sealed and finished before shipping.
- Repair Service
You can either drop by with your parts or send them through a courier, or if local to West Yorkshire we may be able to collect them with our own transport. We can deliver across mainland UK. It’s important that any parts you want coating are well packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
