We have invested heavily into the business in the last few years, meaning not only do we have up to date machines capable of producing high precision parts in less time, but that we have experienced staff to run them. We can produce a wide range of components to your specifications and are fully ISO certified.
The turning department includes 8 CNC lathes, several equipped with live tooling, giving us the flexibility to carry out milling, drilling and tapping operations in a single setup for improved efficiency and repeatability. With a maximum turning diameter of 780mm and a maximum turning length of 3000mm, we are able to handle everything from small precision parts to large, heavy-duty shafts and rollers.
