We can produce complicated and intricate components with our state of the art CNC turning machines. We always strive to provide high quality components at a reasonable cost. We have 8 CNC Lathes including live tooling with a maximum turning diameter of 780mm and maximum turning length of 3000mm.
As a sub-contract manufacturer we are able to quickly take your drawings, source materials and machine to spec. We work across a number of industries and provide competitive quotations on small to medium volumes of turned components. We have also developed our own Hard Part Turning service, which can act as an alternative to Cylindrical Grinding.
We have invested heavily into the business in the last few years, meaning not only do we have up to date machines capable of producing high precision parts in less time, but that we have experienced staff to run them. We can produce a wide range of components to your specifications and are fully ISO certified.
